i was almost ready to be impressed until i found hair in the shower and crumbs all over the carpet. absolutely disgraceful! we had to ask multiple times for towels, and they still provided inadequate amounts. i expected a room upgrade for such inconvenience but was treated like the rest. i just couldn’t let it go!

comfortable stay but needs attention to details

The suite offered excellent space for relaxation with a well-designed layout that made family time enjoyable. The convenience of having a kitchenette allowed us to prepare simple meals, which was a plus during our stay. The indoor pool kept our group entertained and provided a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the area. Exploring nearby attractions, like the Riverbanks Zoo and Garden, was easy and provided plenty of fun options for my family.

Housekeeping could have been more consistent, as we had to wait longer than expected for room cleaning.

Spacious Suite for Family Fun!

The spacious King Studio Suite provided ample room for us to relax and bond. A visit to the nearby attractions was smooth and enjoyable. Remember to check for kitchen supplies upon arrival. we found the kitchenette less equipped for our needs.

We enjoyed exploring the Riverbanks Zoo and Garden, which was just a quick drive from the hotel. It was a hit with our 5 teenagers, keeping them engaged and entertained! Plenty of space in the suite made family downtime comfy too.

My kids wished the housekeeping responded quicker.

during our anniversary stay, we found the queen studio with two queen beds very spacious and well-equipped for our family. the morning staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us, making our visit even more special. overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its comfortable amenities and great location near usc.
